Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by HM Jaya Resources ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

HM Jaya Resources provides event planning, management, and rental services including but not limited to:

  • Corporate event planning and management
  • Outdoor events and carnivals
  • Entertainment booking and coordination
  • Sound, lighting, and AV equipment rental
  • Live streaming and technical production

3. Booking and Payment

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount varies based on the service package.
  • Full payment must be received before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days notice: Full refund minus administrative fees
  • 15-30 days notice: 50% of the deposit is refundable
  • Less than 15 days notice: No refund on deposit
  • Cancellations due to force majeure will be handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Limitation of Liability

HM Jaya Resources shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for any damage to equipment or property caused by venue conditions, weather, or third-party actions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HM Jaya Resources and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Photography and Media Rights

By engaging our services, you grant HM Jaya Resources permission to photograph and record events for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. We respect client privacy and will seek approval before using any identifiable images.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
